What to include

Do not email sensitive files
Do not send identity documents, passports, residence cards, medical records, passwords, payment information or confidential business files. A recreated sample with fictional data is safer and is usually enough to reproduce a conversion problem.
Before reporting a conversion problem
Try a small file of the same type, confirm that JavaScript is enabled, reload the page without an extension that blocks local scripts, and check whether the browser downloaded the result to a different folder. For very large documents, desktop browsers generally have more available memory than mobile browsers.
Response handling
Messages are reviewed when possible. Response time is not guaranteed, and DocPixel does not provide emergency support, legal advice or recovery of lost files. Reports with a clear URL and repeatable steps are easier to investigate. Email content may be retained as needed to answer the request and document a correction.
