Acceptance

By using DocPixel Tools, you agree to these terms. Stop using the service if you do not agree.

Permitted use

You may use the tools for lawful personal or business file tasks. You are responsible for having permission to process the files you select and for complying with copyright, confidentiality, privacy and record-retention obligations.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to distribute malware, evade security controls, infringe rights, access another person's information without authorization, overload the service, misrepresent a document's authenticity or perform illegal activity. Automated access that materially disrupts normal visitors is prohibited.

Your files and results

DocPixel does not claim ownership of files you process. Standard conversion workflows are designed to run in the browser, but you remain responsible for the device, browser, source files, downloaded results and any later sharing. Keep originals until results are verified.

No account, storage or backup service

The site does not provide a user account, cloud file library or backup. Closing a page may remove temporary browser data. DocPixel cannot recover a file that was not saved or an original that the visitor deleted.

Availability and changes

Tools may be changed, suspended or removed. Browser updates, hosting conditions and file variation can affect operation. No particular uptime, maximum file size or conversion outcome is guaranteed.

Third-party services

Optional translation and external links are governed by the relevant provider's terms. DocPixel is not responsible for external content or service availability.

Disclaimer and liability

The tools and content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, DocPixel is not liable for lost files, lost profits, missed deadlines, rejected submissions or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
