Files selected in the tools

The standard conversion tools are designed to process files in the browser. Selected images and PDFs are not intentionally uploaded to DocPixel Tools for conversion or stored in a user account. Browser memory and temporary object URLs may be used until the page is closed or refreshed.

Information collected automatically

Hosting systems may create standard logs that include IP address, browser type, date and time, requested pages, referring page and basic error information. This information may be used for security, reliability and aggregate analysis.

Contact information

If you contact the site, the message, email address and information you choose to provide may be retained to answer the request, prevent abuse and keep a record of important issues.

Cookies and local storage

Essential local storage may remember privacy choices and interface preferences. Optional analytics and advertising storage is enabled only after consent through the site interface, subject to regional requirements.

Google advertising

If Google AdSense is activated, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalize advertising where permitted. Users can reject optional storage through the privacy choices interface. A Google-certified consent management platform may also be used in regions where Google requires one.

Browser libraries

Open-source conversion libraries are served with the site files. Their license notices are included with the project. The conversion libraries do not require a third-party conversion API.

Data rights

Depending on location, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal information held by the site. Contact the published email address to make a request.

Children

The service is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians may contact the site about a concern.

This policy may be updated when the tools, advertising configuration or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
