Choose the right change
A file can fail a requirement for different reasons. Pixel dimensions, compression quality, document page size and archive structure are separate problems. The guides help identify which property to change so you do not repeatedly damage quality without solving the real issue.
- Resize when width or height is wrong.
- Compress when the file is too large in KB or MB.
- Convert when the receiving service requires a different format.
- Reorganize when page or archive order is the problem.
