Editorial policy

DocPixel explains file conversion in practical language and avoids claims that the tools cannot support.

What we publish

Tool pages describe the actual controls, output formats, privacy behavior and limitations in the current version. Guides explain concepts such as image dimensions, KB limits, PDF page size and ZIP compression.

How content is reviewed

Instructions are checked against the working interface and representative files. We review page titles and descriptions for accuracy, not only search demand. Unsupported features are not added as keywords.

Corrections and updates

Content is updated when a tool changes, a limitation is discovered or browser behavior changes. Material changes are recorded in the project changelog. Readers can report an error through the contact page.

Advertising separation

Advertising areas are labeled and kept away from upload, conversion and download controls. Advertisers do not determine tool behavior, rankings or editorial conclusions.

AI-assisted work

Automation may assist drafting, testing or code review, but published claims should remain tied to the actual product. We do not publish large collections of near-duplicate pages solely to target keyword variations.
